本年11月にニューヨークで予定されている「VEITH Symposium 2022」で「World Federation of Vascular Societies Session」が行われます。
本年はJSVSを代表して慶應義塾大学・尾原秀明先生と済生会中央病院・藤村直樹先生に日本血管外科学会モデル研究事業の研究をご発表いただきます。

また、これとは別に「Associate Faculty Program」という、主に若手血管外科医を対象とする催しもあるそうです。

このプログラムに参加するメリットとしては、
1. Reduced registration fee. Tuition includes attendance to all activities during the 5-day VEITH symposium.
2. Publication of the abstract in an upcoming Supplement of the Journal of Vascular Surgery.
3. Great forum to practice presenting to an international audience.
4. If your Institution gives preference to supporting presentations to a Society rather than a Symposium one needs to select the option of presenting during the Frank J.
Veith International Society Associate Faculty Session at the VEITH symposium.
This option can easily be found on the registration form.
5. Competition for one of the 3 awards given for the best presentation.
